Currently there are two large waterfront condo projects taking reservations, one on West Bay (closest to the downtown), and one on East Bay. Several resales are available for use right now on Boardman River and both bays. East Bay has Acme and the Miracle Mile sand beach lined with hotels, condos, resorts and restaurants. West Bay has Traverse City on the south and Suttons Bay to the north. All have harbors, lodging, food markets, restaurants, and fine shops. T.C. has the regional hospital, airport, and seaport, a university town on the shore of Lake Michigan, the third largest lake in the world.
